Each piece can be customised using our exclusive signature wedding engraving designs (W1 to W9). Simply select your chosen design from the dropdown, then enter your engraving details in the boxes provided.

❖Where Is The Engraving Placed?

All engraving is carefully applied to the front face of the cufflink or tie clip, as part of our signature design layout. We do not engrave the back, as this ensures a consistent finish, optimal legibility, and a refined presentation when worn.

❖Can I Engrave Something Different on Each Cufflink?

For consistency and elegance, the same engraving is applied to both cufflinks. This ensures a beautifully balanced and considered final piece that reflects the level of care we bring to every order.

❖What If I Am Ordering Multiple Sets With Different Engraving?

You are welcome to personalise each set individually. Simply customise one set at a time and add it to your basket before starting the next. This way, each recipient receives a unique gift made just for them.

❖Is the Engraving Free?

Yes. Engraving is included in the price of every item. There are no additional charges or setup fees. Personalisation is part of what makes our gifts meaningful and special.

❖What Happens If I Make a Mistake with the Engraving?

Please check all spelling, initials, and dates carefully before placing your order.

Each submission is reviewed by a member of our team before engraving begins, but once the item is engraved, changes are rarely possible.

❖Do You Accept Custom Wedding Logos or Monograms?

Yes. If you have a bespoke wedding logo, monogram, or personal crest, we may be able to engrave it depending on the design.

Please contact us before placing your order and share your file. We will assess the design for compatibility and let you know what is possible. Vector files may be required.

❖Do You Include a Gift Box?

Yes. Every item comes presented in our signature Moda London gift box, designed to elevate the gifting experience.

If you choose a gift set that includes cufflinks and a tie clip, all items will be beautifully packaged together in a single presentation box.

❖Can I Include a Gift Message?

Yes. Every order includes a gift card as standard. During the design process, you will be asked whether you would like us to print a message on it.

Printed messages are complimentary and appear in a handwritten style on textured card. If you do not enter a message, we will include a blank card for you to complete yourself.

❖When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours.
All orders are sent with tracked delivery.

If you choose Express Shipping at checkout, your order will be sent by the fastest available service and prioritised.

❖Do You Offer Bulk or Group Discounts?

We do not offer fixed discounts, but we are always happy to support wedding parties or group orders. If you are buying for multiple groomsmen, ushers, or loved ones, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist.

As each item is made to order, we are not able to accept returns on personalised pieces unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
